ACH Payment Authorization Policy
Effective 2026-06-24
This policy applies when you authorize GHL Financial Services or its payment processor to debit a bank account by ACH for invoices, subscriptions, retainers, installment payments, or other approved charges.
Authorization
By providing bank account information and confirming an ACH payment, you authorize GHL Financial Services and its payment processor to initiate one-time or recurring debit entries for the amount, timing, and service described in the invoice, checkout screen, subscription flow, engagement letter, or written agreement.
Payment terms
Amounts, due dates, recurring intervals, service descriptions, and other payment terms are provided in the applicable invoice, checkout screen, engagement letter, subscription terms, or written agreement. This policy supplements those terms and does not replace them.
Account verification
Bank account ownership may be verified through instant verification, microdeposits, payment-processor tools, or other reasonable security checks before an ACH payment is accepted or continued.
Revoking ACH authorization
You may revoke ACH authorization by notifying GHL Financial Services in writing before the next scheduled debit. To allow reasonable processing time, send the request at least three business days before the scheduled payment date. Revocation does not cancel amounts already owed or payments already processed.
Returned or failed ACH payments
If an ACH payment is returned, reversed, disputed, or rejected because of insufficient funds, incorrect account information, a closed account, a stop payment, or another issue, GHL Financial Services may pause work, suspend access, require another payment method, and assess a returned-payment or administrative fee where permitted.
Security
Banking information is handled by payment processors and approved financial technology providers. GHL Financial Services does not store full bank account numbers on this website.
Refunds and disputes
Refunds, reversals, and payment disputes are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy, the applicable engagement terms, processor rules, bank rules, and applicable law.
